Once you graduate from Basic Sailing, a lot of sailing opportunities are now available to you. The best option after Basic Sailing is always a Manhattan Yacht Club membership, so you can keep practicing what you have already learned.  And then for ambitious students, you should consider some of the great Sailing Adventures we organize.

Our Sailing Adventures are offered on several different levels. These are:

Delivery Adventure on 12 Meter America II

3 days of sailing & delivery between Newport RI and NY Harbor.  Our America’s Cup 12 Meters travel up and back to Newport twice or more per year.  These deliveries are great opportunities for sailing school students to experience a larger 65 ft boat and to ride aboard for 3 full days.  If the weather and wind is favorable, you will also get lots of sailing in!  MORE INFO

Overnight Navigational Adventure on Arabella

Operating on mostly protected waters between New York Harbor and Newport, RI. These trips are offered as a 3-day & 2-night adventure on the mega yacht Arabella.  Our focus will be on navigation, as well as standing watch and nighttime delivery experience.
